A licensed Florida attorney, Matthew earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Johnson and Wales University; a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University’s College of Law.
Matthew is currently a tenured Professor of Business within the Florida College System, thus he maintains a limited legal practice focusing solely upon contract manufacturing. As an entrepreneur, Matthew was founder and president of Kenney College, a boutique graduate school licensed by the State of Florida to award the Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to entering academia, Matthew utilized contract manufacturing strategies to distribute branded food products via supermarkets and restaurants. Success in this area led to a contract manufacturing consulting practice.
Within academia, Matthew has taught more than 40 business subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels; published many articles in peer-reviewed journals; and designed courses for accredited colleges in North America, Asia, and Europe.
As an attorney, Matthew maintains a specialized legal practice leveraging his knowledge and experience in contract manufacturing to assist entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. Matthew is an advocate and practitioner of compassionate capitalism, and provides flat-fee pricing for all projects.
