Matthew is a member of the Florida Bar and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University's College of Law. He earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University, and Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from Johnson & Wales University.
